☛    Proficiency in the understanding technology design, development and application derived from experimental data analysis.
☛    Case studies reporting insights and best practices regarding technology design and development drawn from practices.
☛    Technology tools, techniques and other structured approaches to understand, measure, or provide value.
☛    Empirical observations resulting in original and significant conclusions or application papers in the above areas are also welcome.

Engineering
☛    Transactions A (Basics) deals with the engineering fundamentals.
☛    Transactions B (Applications) are concerned with the application of engineering knowledge in the daily life of the human being.
☛    Transactions C (Aspects) emphasize on the main engineering aspects whose elaboration can yield knowledge and expertise that can equally serve all branches of engineering discipline.
☛    Branches of engineering including but not limited to Electronical and Electronic Engineering, Computing and Software, Energy and Power Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Micro and Nanotechnology, and Control Engineering and Robotics.

Science

☛    The ICTESE2023 interprets ’teacher education’ in the widest sense, to include articles from or about the work of academic staff involved with, and responsible for, initial teacher education, continued professional development and the broad field of research into the contribution of the higher education sector contribution to the education of teachers.
☛    The ICTESE2023 publishes a broad range of papers from all branches of education and individual or group learning relating to education, including but not limited to curriculum, elementary and secondary education, higher and adult education, teacher education, the education of special groups, gender and education, applied linguistics or language education, educational and information technology, educational theory, research and methodologies.
